    running and serving in the U.S. Congress while simultaneously teaching at a University is not an issue of freedom of speech, but rather an issue of time. You don't have enough of it to do both. This has absolutely nothing to do with freedome of speech. You simply can't do both at the same time. Everyone understood this when he was hired and yet he was hired anyway.

    It isn't as though he was consulting for some liberal PR firm in town. He is running for U.S. Congress in a district four hundred miles away no less. How can you teach and run for Congress at the same time? Unfortunately, a junior at the University understood this fourteen months prior to the administration.
