In HD24, the Dems started spending in September, and the Republican Party only started mailing in mid-October after much of the damage was done.  While the Dem message had specifics, the Republican message were all generalities.  The pieces I saw out of state party were nothing but "Insert Dem Name Here".  In HD24, the Democrat stated in a debate that she favored raising the gas tax.  She favored raising the school property tax.  She voted for raising the county property tax.  But, not one mention of the actual facts by the state party pieces. Why?
