    Words and actions?  I seem to remember hearing a Senate Republican recently say he'd support a 1 Trillion dollar increase in school funding, if it would get them anything.

    But wait, did you just prove Granholm a liar?  I think ya did!  Didn't Granholm promise everyone Michigan had the best workers in the world?  So now Comerica and VW say "nope, we're moving elsewhere, someplace where they have qualified skilled workers."

    Two-Penny Jenny, just another lying Democrat. (tm).

    when have the republicans stated this?  When we had the audacity to demand better performance for the tax dollars residents spend?  When we tried to get vouchers approved so those stuck in underperforming public schools could escape?  Or maybe when Thompson tried to give MILLIONS of dollars to establish charter schools in the City of Detroit and was summarily dismissed by the Mayor and DFT - both big-time dems, I might add. If you want to talk about the failure of education in the State of Michigan, that responsibility lies squarely at the feet of the MEA, DFT, and Democratic Party.
