      I just called the Gov's office.  The nice guy told me that the Gov had it all figured out 7 months ago, and it was up to the legislature to enact her wisdom.

      Of course, it didn't include changes in MESSA.  It did include a new State Police building.  And, it included a bunch of ideas that the GOP would never agree with even if we had the money.

      Even when I told him that I'd start a recall petition if Jen shut down the gov't, he wasn't budging.  Jen thinks that her proposal is the only "compromise" available, and she's gonna shut down the State to get it.
