    Lying to a grand jury and "obstruction of justice" is on par with murder.  You're absolutely right.  

    Besides - Jack Kevorkian wasn't "released" because of good behavior.  He was paroled.  I'm not an expert in getting jailed - but I'm pretty sure there's a big difference there.
