Yawner – Liberal Former Michigan ‘Republican’ Governor Endorses Radical Liberal

Liars Lie. Milliken was never a true Republican anyhow.

Queue the ‘Republican’ governor endorsing the Democrat ..again.  ZZZZZZZ

From the Ivory tower:

Current and former governors of Michigan are either working for the Democratic candidate for president, Hillary Clinton, or have declined to endorse Trump in the race for the White House.

Former Gov. William Milliken, a moderate Republican from Traverse City, broke ranks over the weekend and is endorsing Clinton for the presidency.

Oh my, this has never happened before!

Well, maybe once before.

LANSING, MI – Mark Totten, Democratic candidate for Attorney General, has gained the endorsement of former Republican Gov. William Milliken.

Or maybe that one other time.

Michigan’s Milliken Endorses Kerry Michigan’s Former Republican Governor William Milliken Endorses Kerry The Associated Press TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. Oct. 18, 2004 – Former Republican Gov. William Milliken of Michigan endorsed Democratic Sen. John Kerry for president on Monday, saying President Bush has pursued policies “pandering to the extreme right wing.”

OK, OK.. We don’t want to forget Democrat Gary Peters either.

And we KNOW he voted for Obama after making sure that McCain was the GOP nominee

Funny thing is, that outside of the brief flirtation with the McCain campaign,  Milliken’s major endorsements have ALL been  Democrats, but for one notable exception.

Rick Snyder.

Milliken-Tax-RaiserImagine that.

The former Michigan Governor Bill Milliken, who never met a tax increase he didn’t like.

This one (to the right) was In 1971.

Then he did it again in 1975, and in 1982, and then there was that single business tax thing.

Remind us again why an endorsement from this wrecking ball liar of a governor is a good thing?

Snyder pulled a Kasich yesterday by his failure to show at the Ecc Club in Detroit. Kasich and Cruz lost their political clout and apparently Snyder is riding their coattails. This may prove very beneficial for the country in the long run. Doncha just love it that actions speak louder than words. I hope ya all are paying attention and act accordingly.

Michigan 'conservatives' rarely (if ever) used a local or state candidate endorsement strategy to spark the core political or even moral debates continuing to be desperately needed. Donald Trump, as a candidate who desperately needs endorsements (yet apparently not the public debates surrounding even one) has highlighted this failure in must-win 'conservative' enclaves all across this country.

At least Bill Milliken has been willing to PUBLICLY get behind who or what he believes in (now) despite being who or what he is and has been as a (cough) 'Republican'.

We have witnessed very little debate or even the use of the simple endorsement/no faith strategy needed to rally it EVEN WITH with the Republican Party exposed like it never has been or perhaps ever will be again during the single most important election cycle of our time.

'Endorsements' will win or lose this election for our president (and many more down ticket) due to political movements young and old either apathetic/selfish or more than willing to use them as a wrecking ball.
