This question came up in a discussion I've had with someone recently.
Apparently, there is an "out" (for lack of a better term) when they call, too easily IMHO, another snow day.
Yes, I got this from someone who works for a local school district. Q10 on Pg 8.
Although, I'm not sure how that would apply in a situation like this?
The sick-out situation is easily remedied with a governor willing to replenish the district's budget when it fails. State taxpayers are already going to pay for several decades of DPS malfeasance, whats another 10 or 20 Million?
Stupidity needs to be painful.
