    Look, we have failing school districts (literally) right here in our own backyard.

    Look at Detroit and Highland Park?

    There's plenty to do with the shenanigans pulled off in those two districts alone.

    Social promotion    , rather than academic.

    Financial scams     that only people like Stevie Wonder and AG Bill Schuette could ever possibly miss.

    I'm not sure what CPMC has in the pipeline, but I would frame the argument: "Do you want your child to attend this type of school district"?

    That is much more damning than anything those amateurs in Chicago could ever hope to pull off.
