    It was the right decision (5.00 / 1) (#1)

Having read the decision, it was the right decision.

I had the pleasure of volunteering for the Markman and Zahra campaigns, and while most people were supportive of the candidates, a few wanted to debate the issue with us.

We explained that the Court followed the rule of law and didn't factor in their personal feelings on the issues.

One couple was telling us how they were disappointed that the Justices supported collective bargaining, and that they killed Mitt Romney's chances of winning the state.

I'm sorry, but Mitt Romney should never be a factor that seriously entered the minds of the Justices, and it's clear that it wasn't.

This court is one of the fairest courts in the country, and those criticizing it on partisan grounds are not only severely out of line, but they are arguing against the very thing that Republicans support--rule of law judges.
