    I must be missing something (none / 0) (#3)

I'm confused.  As I see it, the Rep. McCotter Nay vote is the appropriate vote on Speaker Boehner's alleged 'deficit reduction' budget.  In fact, this is one of the few times that I have to commend Conyers for his vote even though his voting Nay was mostly do to anything that has the appearance of a reduction in government spending.

Unless, am I to understand that this may be your displeasure with Rep. McCotter voting Nay along with Conyers, as witnessed here?

Even though the vast majority of American construction workers do not belong to a labor union, federal government policy discriminates against these workers when awarding government construction projects. An attempt to put a stop to this took place on Feb. 19 in the U.S. House of Representatives, but the attempt failed on a tie vote of 210-210. Two Michigan Republicans were amongst the 26 GOP "no" voters who could have broken the tie and won the vote for the "yes" side. All of the 210 "yes" votes were Republicans. The amendment had no Democrat support.

The two Republicans from Michigan that voted "no" were Candice Miller, R-Harrison Twp., and Thad McCotter, R-Livonia...

The offices of Miller and McCotter each received two email requests for comment but did not respond.

Although, that Rep. McCotter vote with Conyers, does not include Rep. Amash, who in my opinion voted correctly to stop using my Federally coerced tax dollars as tool in forcing union discrimination against American workers.

Please, help me to understand in defining what your issue is with Rep. McCotter, of which, he is unwilling to respond to you or Mr. Braun.
