    any "extra" estimated revenues for this current year, i believe should go to broad based tax reduction...getting that 4.35% down...maybe even lower than 4.25%

    But letting 15%, soon to be 20% go tax free, while the rest pay just isn't fair.  Again, tax deferred income is supposed to be and understood to be...tax deferred income.  Not tax exempt income.

    And as the phase in, phases in, the revenue from tax deferred income will be considerably more than what the first few years will be -- and no, that doesn't mean more spending...that should mean more broad based tax relief.
