    And that is on top of the other scam.

    Rep. Hooker, having reserved the right to explain his nay vote, made the following statement:

    "Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I had voted yes on this bill in the first passage that had appropriated $520.Million for the fiscal year but the Senate raised a supplement to it to $566.Million. The House changed it to $351.8 Million which I opposed the increase of $30 million on a appropriation already enacted."

    The Republicrats that voted yes really cut a hog in the ass, didn't they?
