Who are the NERD fund donors Mr Snyder?

    Raise the curtain.

No, yes and good question. (none / 0) (#6)

Jason, if Snyder wanted to show leadership, Saturday would've been the perfect time to do so.

I understand his hesitancy to do so during the campaign.

All he needed to do was to have one union operative overhear the comments Right to Work coming from his lips in the affirmative, the panic button would've been hit immediately and all you-know-what would've broken loose, ruining his chance at the Governor's Office.

But the election is over. Snyder won. And there is absolutely nothing that organized labor can do about it.

So why didn't he say anything?

I'm of the very strong opinion that not touching RTW is one of the things that Snyder will stick to during his term in office.

    Kevin, you are absolutely correct.

Snyder's support isn't necessary to put RTW on the books, but it would speed up the process a great deal.

And regarding Beck, that's a very good question.

My experience with unions is mostly in the private sector, not in the public. Oddly enough, there are subtleties in the ways the labor laws are applied and enforced.

Paul Kersey would definitely be the go-to guy on this one.
