Who are the NERD fund donors Mr Snyder?

    Raise the curtain.

I'm sorry, but I do have to ask why is this issue of "failure to obey" is clouding the fact that the City of Dearborn violated the First Amendment?  The arrests of the four is what resulted in the "failure to obey" that was found a one day in jail sentence waived as time served.

But Dearborn attorney Majed Moughni, who helped represent the missionaries earlier, said "these charges should never have been brought" because of freedom of speech.

I agree.  What is argued is the same as the statement that Chief Haddad has, with one exception...  Chief Hadad evoked the UnConstitutional use of police authority because Muslims might become violent.

Police Chief Ron Haddad told The Detroit News the evangelists were arrested to ensure they did not provoke violence from the crowd.

Also within this article, I do have one question about Mayor O'Reilly.  As a state licensed attorney why hasn't anyone made motion for him to be disbarred?

Dearborn Mayor Jack O'Reilly Jr. told The Detroit Free Press that he respects the jury's decision but he believes the missionaries were pulling a publicity stunt on YouTube in order raise money.

"It's really about a hatred of Muslims," O'Reilly said. "That is what the whole heart of this is. ... Their idea is that there is no place for Muslims in America. They fail to understand the Constitution."

Did Mayor O'Reilly not also officially perjure himself?  I would believe so.  You decide.  If Mayor O'Reilly isn't perjuring himself then he definitely needs a dose of Constitution 101 like those that he accuses.  Then again, Mayor O'Reilly knows what butters his bread at the polls.

However, Mr. Gillman.  You are absolutely correct, Sir.  This has been a subject that has been "waiting to explode" in Dearborn for a decade.  I know.  I lived it.  It is also why I moved out of Dearborn last December.

Do the names Trey Hancock and Representative Fulton Sheen need to be a refresher?  That act of Sharia in Dearborn led to a lawsuit, which can be read here.

For record, there is also another lawsuit that has been filed against the Dearborn Public School District.  As disclosure, I have made financial contributions to support furthering this suit.  And like the acquittal trial of this topic, creeping Sharia in Dearborn's schools has been an ongoing subject too.  I personally attended that particular Board Meeting and every word written in the article about Hussein Berry, now a Board Member, is true.

Representative McMillan, you are an honorable man.  I, as a natural born American citizen that holds dear our Constitution, I wish you every success in Lansing with addressing this matter.  However, I feel that you should be aware of a possible conflict that may lead you to a stonewalling of your efforts mentioned here.  The lame duck AG Office has as I recall, family ties in Dearborn that is well known in that city, which in my opinion, is and has been a source for AG 'oversight' on many occasions.

    Best wishes.
