I didn't say that "illegals (aren't) illegal." What I've maintained all along is a liberalizing of the immigration laws so that more hard-working people can enter our country. If we weren't having to work so hard to "stop the flow of illegals" we might actually be able to stop the flow of the criminal element (the ones who come here to steal, kill and destroy). But alas, while we chase Jose through the desert to stop him from working that job at the Holiday Inn Express in the laundry, Roberto - a known killer and drug runner - is sneaking across the border so that he can rape and terrorize women. Of course, we could HIRE more border agents - that's a good way to limit the growth of government and cut spending...er, wait a minute...oh, never mind, inconsistency doesn't matter in the GOP philosophy...
