…by the company they keep.

Chairman B.S. and the rest of Team-“r” might want to pull back on the mutual admiration society they kludged together and reach for a bottle of Maalox®.

Things aren’t shaping up too well in the fantasy world they created for voters this November.

On second thought, skip the Maalox® and go straight to the Prilosec OTC ®.

So what happened now?

{Continued below the fold}

You would think that after the kakistocracy pulled their strings, called in all of their markers and got everything to look nice and happy on the surface (at least until after the general), that message should’ve been crystal clear for their doting minions and sycophants.

– “Don’t rock the boat.”

– “Don’t say anything stupid.”

– “Don’t do anything stupid.”

Well, one of them didn’t get that message.

It was reported last night that the second(?) worst “republican” governor in the history of Michigan made his endorsement for the US Senate race.

At first glance, you may think to yourself; “Well, this isn’t news. He’s a republican. He’s going to tow the party line and throw his hat in with whomever the republican is  (provided that she makes an appearance between now and November).

Wrong!

According to the Cadillac News, former governor William Milliken -r  will officially announce later today that he is backing democrat Gary Peters over fellow republican Terri Lynn Land.

Ouch!

When a milquetoast politician like Milliken doesn’t want to vote for you…

No word from either Terri Lynn Land, reportedly last seen off-roading with her campaign’s International CXT pickup truck, of from anyone on her campaign staff regarding the latest nail in her Senate Campaign.

Actually, the twaddling old tool is rather Progressive consistent, wouldn't you say?

After all, he just did endorse the big spending government growing Nerd with his sidekick tax/voter cheat Chicago crony, right?

Who knows? Maybe word travels too slow to the old fart in Traverse City, for him to catch wind that Terri is palling around with her Ghey "marriage" ally from the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

And, boy howdy! Talk about delusions of grandeur? That strange ranger sure got 'em.

    Fun factoid.

Portman married Jane Dudley in July 1986.[13] Dudley, who previously worked for Democratic Congressman Tom Daschle, "agreed to become a Republican when her husband agreed to become a Methodist."[22]

    Heh! Shaky foundations abound, yes?

I can barely wait to see Portman flop again if one of his other two spawn decide it's cool to marry the family pet.

      Ummmmm, yeah.

I really wasn't expecting very much help from Snyder, Land, McNeilly or DeVos here in Macomb anyway.

As a matter of fact: I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they all wrote a check to these schmoes in order to fund the re-election campaigns of every democrat on the Macomb BoC.
