The Michigan DNR ruled certain pigs feral and dangerous.

A Free family event in Beaverton MI!

The following popped into my in-box this morning:

“Remember our friends Mark and Jill Baker, Baker’s Green Acres, “feral” pigs, “floppy ears – erect ears”, “curly tails – straight tails”, $700,000 fine!  2 1/2 years of game playing, threats, interruption of a farm’s commerce, hearing cancellations, Dirty “Harry”, my goodness we could fill the page . .  .

Well, the story is out, it’s good and YOU need to see it.  Grab your family, your friends and join us for a viewing.

When:  7:00 p.m., Oct. 6, 2014 (doors open at 6:30)

Where:  Beaverton Gem Theater, 120 Ross St., Beaverton MI  48612

Following the movie, Mark will be available for a “question and answer” segment.  Is there anything about the story that you’ve always wondered but haven’t had the opportunity to ask? Monday, the 6th, will be your opportunity.

There is no cost for admission.  A free will donation will be collected following the movie and “q & a”.  There will be concessions available.  Please no outside food or drink.”

There will likely be take-home copies available as well.

Another Day Another Progressive Endorsement

From the “Great Republicans” who “juntaLennox faps to, once again, old twaddling Bill saith:

Gilligan's Island

Former Gov. William Milliken is endorsing Democrat Mark Totten for attorney general over fellow Republican and incumbent Bill Schuette.
Milliken’s backing of Totten — a Michigan State University law professor from Kalamazoo — marks his second endorsement of a Democrat this election cycle.

REST

Kalamazoo? Nevertheless, had not Schuette put the Baker family through a living Hell, I probably would lift a finger for his campaign.

But, Schuette did put the Baker’s through Hell with his running cover for the pork lobby, and the Nerd CPA’s affirmative action ‘placemaking’ czar in Detoilet, so – f**k Bill.

Under vote. When it comes to statewide candidates, I’ll be voting only for, Ruth Johnson.

It is way past time for Conservatives to place a cost on the dregs of the Republican Party.

Author/speaker and former Sheriff Richard Mack has served in a wide variety of roles over the course of his nearly twenty year career in law enforcement. During his tenure as sheriff, federal officers informed the sheriffs of the state that they would be required to enforce the so-called “Brady Bill” and run background checks at their expense under the law. Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Sheriff Mack will talk about the Constitution and a Constitutional Sheriff’s role.

Come join us for a fun and educational afternoon on the farm! Freewill donations accepted to help us bring these incredible speakers to northern Michigan.

Take 5

Action Alert - Call These Reps.

And make a call. TODAY.

Rep. Kevin Daley, chairman of the Ag. committee, presented a letter on the House floor yesterday and asked for his fellow representatives to sign. He got 10 representatives to sign the letter. Ten?? This letter basically is telling the governor to throw out both the Declaratory Ruling and the Invasive Species Order.

This all comes on the heels of the ruling by the judge in Marquette County stating that the Declaratory Ruling is definitely unconstitutional. Read the article here.  The ruling however technically affects those within the jurisdiction of the judge making the ruling.  The letter will clarify more fully, and allow the process to move forward with prejudice.

The current signers of Rep. Daley’s letter are as follows:
Daley, Denby, McMaster, Shirkey, McBroom, Crawford,  Goike, Lauwers, Schmidt, Glarden, Graves

By tomorrow morning call and tell the names below, that “we the people” want them to sign this letter. We are asking that you contact your own representative, and the four listed below.

Here Piggy Piggy Piggy

pighuntThe DNR  may have some reparations to prepare.

Perhaps the AG’s office could help?  9 and 10 news is reporting that the declarative act that has destroyed family farms and livelihoods in Michigan, is both Null and Void.  In fact it is unconstitutional.

” A circuit judge has ruled that a Michigan ban on certain types of exotic swine breeds is unconstitutional.

In an opinion released Monday, Judge Thomas Solka of Marquette County sided with three Upper Peninsula operations that challenged an order issued in 2010 designating the swine as invasive species that would be off-limits in the state.”

Paybacks in this case, should be a bitch.

Or should I say “sow?”

Pay Attention Lansing

Is It Possible For The State To Make This Right?

pighuntMark Baker and his family were terribly wronged.

Period.

It was his courage to stand up against the formerly unimaginable wanton persecution by state agencies like the (feral) DNR and the AG’s office. IT was the support of people who were aware of what was going on that allowed him to survive, and cause the Attorney General’s office to fold under the weight of a huge, easily recognizable, mistake.  It was his willingness to suffer the loss of business as the state threatened his customers, and cut off his sole income.

And all throughout this process other farms were shut down and forced to slaughter their livelihoods because they had no means to fight ‘city hall.’

Baker Farm Still Standing

Michigan farm family has had to endure an out of control bureaucratic nightmare

pighuntMark Baker being interviewed a couple of days ago by the Alex Jones folks.

There is a great point made towards the end of the Mark Baker interview here. The Baker family has had to endure an incredible pressure brought on by an out of control Lansing bureaucracy. While other farmers have folded, allowing the state to destroy their property, the Bakers have remained firmly resolved that they are protected by the US Constitution.

They are correct. (Interview/segment starts at about 14:40)

We applaud and pray for the Bakers as they courageously face an ever increasing Statist government.
