    I would say revise the 365day/year number given that in the article, they say that they're dumping the energy back onto the grid.

    Then of course that's not taking into account holidays.

    So assuming just 104 days knocked off a year due to weekends (52 weeks * 2 days/wk)and not counting holidays (we'll chalk it up to the slight power use over the weekend), we have:

    24.3KWh * 104 Days/Yr * 20 Yrs = 126,846KWh
    $10,000 / 126,846KWh = $0.0788/KWh - Two cents more

    I still think the safest way to calc these things is to look at the system as a whole, find out how much it's kicking out, and compare it to the actual energy use of the building.

    I still ask - are they running a data center?
