Not so fast there, Eric.

He should be held somewhere for the time being until he can testify before Congress. Leavenworth is a good place to start.

If you haven’t heard the news yet on the 24-hour news cycles, race-baiter extraordinaire AG Eric Holder is due to shortly announce his “resignation”.

AG Holder has provided an outstanding example of upholding the finest qualities of the American Legal System.

Let’s take a look at some of those examples…

{Continued after the fold}

We can start with the first example at the beginning of his term from another outstanding leader he served under, President B.O., and the “Voter Intimidation” case back in 2008.

To get everyone back up to speed, the New Black Panther Party (think old 70’s Black Panther Party…just redressed in the same clothes from the resale store rack) decided to conduct some “voter outreach”  by stationing club-wielding thugs outside of polling places in Philadelphia.

Whutchu lookin’ at? You’d best keep steppin’!

Despite eyewitness testimony and video evidence to substantiate the claims. AG Holder decided that “There wasn’t anything to see here” and dropped the case.

To give an example of something not being right (overwhelming evidence to the contrary that something actually occurred), AG Holder threw a temper tantrum several years later and lashed out against critics of his decision by claiming it “demeans ‘my people’”.

Funny, I thought that Eric Holder was an American just like the rest of us and subject to the same rules and laws?

One a side note: one of the principles in the image above (you can’t miss him, he’s the one with the “Kill Whitey”  tat on his face), was arrested for possessing a firearm in New York. His case is still pending.

Now, let’s fast forward to 2014.

I shouldn’t need to remind anyone here about what happened in Ferguson, Missouri not that long ago.

The media made sure that the public wouldn’t forget by assigning more people to cover the “uprising” than the actual number of people participating in the “uprising” itself.

Long story short, a local youth who was known to local law enforcement failed to yield to a lawful command and began assaulting a local officer.

For people who keep track of such things, the criminal was black and the officer was white.

Not content with letting the local authorities handle the investigation behind this incident, AG Holder took it upon himself to personally fly down to Ferguson to meet with the family of the criminal and local residents.

Oh yeah, and he also announced that the Justice Department will be conducting its own investigation into “civil rights” violations.

It’s a shame that such an investigation wasn’t warranted here in Detroit?

And federal mucking about in cases that haven’t been fully investigated yet isn’t limited to just Missouri.

In Beavercreek, Ohio, the Justice Department is announcing an investigation in a case in which a man walking down the aisles in a local WalMart with what appeared to be a rifle and swearing, was shot by local police responding to the incident.

Nope, it’s gotta be race related. Acting in a threatening manner is no basis for shooting someone.

I’ve actually got pages of this stuff and could keep going for a while. But, by this time I bet that you’re all wondering what this has to do with Michigan?

Anyone remember “Fast & Furious”?

Operating under Project Gunrunner, “Fast & Furious” was a program initiated by the Justice Department, specifically the Arizona Field Office of the ATF, and signed off by Eric Holder personally to sell licensed firearms to straw purchasers in order to trace them to the leadership of the Mexican Drug Cartels and arrest them. Some 1,400 of the 2,000 firearms used in the program were “lost”  during the program.

If you thought that allowing firearms into the hands of people you wouldn’t trust with a rubber band gun was bad enough, wait, this gets even better.

In December 2010 south of Nogales, Arizona. The US Border Patrol was involved in a firefight with a five-man “rip-off” crew from Mexico who came into our country illegally with the intention of stealing from others who were smuggling in drugs across the border.

One member of the “rip-off” crew was wounded at the scene and arrested. He was later convicted for his part. Two others were later apprehended in Mexico and the other two are still at large.

Two firearms traced back to “Fast & Furious” were recovered at the scene, including the firearm responsible for killing Michigan native, Agent Brian Terry.

So, (soon-to-be-ex) AG Holder don’t go very far after your resignation.

There are a number of questions people would like to ask you regarding your past decisions and the consequence those choices resulted in.

Your role in the death of a Border Patrol Agent should be on the short list.

One more thing, Holder is upset about tech giants Apple and Google strengthing encryption. He wants back doors left in so the gov can continue to violate the 4th Amendment. And he uses the usual left wing liberal mantra that it's to protect the children. Right. Like that is what the gov got caught doing as revealed by Snowden, protecting the children.

I can see Apple limiting "back-door" access to the feds (but not 100%...at least publically). Google's business model is based on finding out everything it can about the people who use Google's services. You can't really do that if you are able to give your customers a way to circumvent that.

I have to give Holder credit for the way that he handled his "departure". Staying on hand until a suitable replacement can be found and brought up to speed. Yeah, that can be sand-bagged for at least two years easily.

But really, how hard can it be to instill a knee-jerk reaction of "my people" being innocent or unjustly targeted for prosecution? Must be difficult him when the perp and the victim are both "my people"?

He really needs to come down to the 36th sometime and see the cases on their docket. I'd give him about two-hours before his head explodes from his brain being unable to process that quirk in his thought process.
