Allen West pointed out on Fox News the other day that its not "Happy Memorial Day". He suggested "Honor Memorial Day".
Not to put too fine a point on it, but this day is really the public employee's long weekend holiday. Memorial Day was always May 31 until the unions gotinto the act about. 20 years ago. Regardless, Honor Memorial Day.
