Focus and Frank Foster

Singling in on one major reason for the defeat of incumbent Frank Foster

A quick note on something that cannot be stressed enough.

The fraud of the homosexual lobby and its intent on redefining civil rights, marriage, and decency must end.  A friend of mine says “homosexuality is the door through the heart, in which the devil can steal your soul.”  The reference of course, speaks to the ‘we love’ meme used to defend the behavior as normal.  He is correct.

Is there really any civil rights comparison to be made between a ‘sweet transvestite’ and Rosa Parks?

As uncomfortable as the issue is to some folks, it needs to be highlighted as one of the greatest dangers of our times.  Not because there are prowling homosexuals looking to capture and sodomize our children, but because it is even worse; we have doctors, teachers, and political leaders who will tell us that a dangerous and unhealthy lifestyle is OK, and normal, and ought to be protected.

Protected alongside of those who have suffered for merely having the wrong skin color, or have been born in the wrong lands. Sanctioned through civil rights legislation that has liberty stealing force of law behind it.

In Northern Michigan, a good thing happened Tuesday.  Frank Foster, a man who by virtue of his lunch dates in Lansing alone, should not be representing the 107th district was voted off the animal farm.  Voted most desirable date to go to the Capitol prom by lobbyists, he was a top recipient of food and drink topping Randy Richardville the Senate majority leader in 2013.

Speculation (now verified by post election reporting) that he was going to pave the way for a change to the Elliot Larsen Civil Rights act to go outside immutable characteristics fueled the biggest ‘upset’ of incumbency in the state.   While surprising to some that such a path might end a perfectly ‘normal’ political career, we see it as a thing in which its time has come. From NPR:

“In Foster’s case, though, there were a couple of distinctions. Foster was identified by a political newsletter as one of Lansing’s most lobbyist-wined and dined. It’s never good when an incumbent is targeted as having “gone native” in Lansing or D.C.

Foster was also the identified Millennial Republican who was going to sponsor legislation to add LGBT protections to Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.

Now, we may never know what the tipping point was in the Foster race but, LGBT rights were certainly an issue.”

Uh yeah, you could say that.

The article recalls history of similar losses based on such an attempt.  It also points out that strong traditional politicians prevailed as well.

Of course we could see Susan Demas’ take on the folks decision to oust Foster in the hinterland.

” Foster was the only one sticking his neck out on gay rights. And sadly, he was the wrong Republican to do it.

Foster’s rural, socially conservative district spanning the eastern U.P. and northwest corner of the lower peninsula can claim Sault Ste. Marie’s 14,194 residents as a population base. Counting on Republican primary voters, who are more conservative than the general electorate, to ignore his progressive stance on a key gay rights issue was naive at best.  “

Its true.

But Demas and others are crying because when the devil came to the door, he was rebuked and cast away.  And “It set back the movement” even though ..

“A whopping 75 percent of Michigan voters believe sexual orientation should be added to the law.”

A conclusion that is likely as accurate as the former estimates on how many homosexuals there actually are in our population.

Perhaps as the CDC has recently revealed about the true homosexual population size, it is an estimate that is doubled as well? Which by-the-way, reveals that the effective danger in engaging in the ‘ghey’ lifestyle is now twice what was previously thought, when comparing life threatening sexually transmitted disease statistics to those who are normal and monogamous.

Foster’s loss is a combination of many things, the least of which is not a devastating blow to the LGBT agenda. Conservatives can take solace in knowing that we are not yet beyond the tipping point, and that it is now even more critical, that we be aware of the ruinous forces that engage with us on our side of the political spectrum.

Those who would do us in are already here.

Yep. I am staying my course for this November.

Good luck, "deer in the headlights".

Nice shot by Lefty Lessenberry about the "sensible shoes," however, a Sarah Palin? Get real, Jack. Terri Hibma is not this babe.

Please don't let Political Correctness guide you decisions when it comes to when and where to discriminate. Homosexuals comprise 2.3 percent of the population in the United States, and have become so powerful that their agenda overshadows everything that our government does. I there are no politicians who have the moral conviction to stand against the threat that the homosexual agenda poses, and in a very short time the homosexuals and their ally's will reshape civilization in this country. Homosexuals only enter the political arena with one and only one objective and that is to promote a dangerous and destructive way of life that has no room for morality. Frank Foster is one of those people, thank God he was defeated.

IMHO, this social issue is not even in the top ten reasons Free Lunch Frank was not re-elected. Frank's failure came due to his $upport of every corporate welfare plan that tickled Snyder's fancy!
