Adverse City

Traverse City Adhoc Committee faces proper and righteous indignation over direction toward sanctuary status.

The left, in its unbridled pursuit of one world lunacy, is fully embedded in Traverse City, Michigan.

Considering a sanctuary city policy that ties the hands of local law enforcement, an adhoc committee of the Traverse City Human Rights Commission (the most concentrated batch of lefties and progressive lunatics in the north) held a public meeting at the Grand Traverse County building yesterday.  The meeting was met with (perhaps unexpectedly intense) opposition to the idea of a sanctuary policy from residents in, and out of Traverse City proper.

Outside the county building a couple hundred protesters gathered prior to the meeting to let the HRC know where they stand on the issue.  Many had apparently never been moved to protest till this point, and others were regular guardians of good government, and our constitution.

By the time it began, the meeting had to be moved to the larger County chambers venue because of the sheer number of people who showed.  The ratio of folks opposing the ‘sanctuary’ nonsense was about 10:1 to those who demonstrated support.

Interestingly, there were those who work with the migrant community as well who were in opposition to the sanctuary policy, because they feared increased ICE activity in the region as a result.  Even those who carried the signs protesting the protesters of this may have had some second thoughts after the commenting was finished.

Misunderstanding the difference between migrants and illegal aliens is apparently too easy.

The HRC will make a recommendation to the Traverse City Commission, which will then vote on whether to advocate lawlessness, and neuter it’s police force fully.

Stay tuned for updates.

Thanks Jason--It was very exciting for me to meet people who finally found an issue to take part in their government. Many of these "new" protestors were asking questions like: Can we go inside? OHMYGOODNESS--I said yes hurry, as there's only about 30 chairs set up. Can we Speak? OHMYGOODNESS I yelled very loudly--If you don't know your rights you don't have them! And. . .YOU ARE THE GOVERNMENT. Have to break in these protestors--so much work, so little time, but I know that if they pay attention they'll be hooked to finally stand up for themselves--It's just sooooo fun.

I identify myself as a "Free Range Human" for my address and got some laughs. I talked with the "No Hate" group--and you're right they are totally clueless as to the difference between Migrant Workers, Refugees, and Legal/Illegal immigrants. This blew my mind. So, I threw in, how do you feel about the U.N. telling states where unvetted refugees will go, as well as funding the Catholic and "Samaratis" social services agencies--WITH YOUR MONEY. They didn't know and didn't feel this was a good idea. So now we have some common ground to work with. On Monday night, 6:30, the City holds its Commission Meeting, and public comment is first on the Agenda--come and voice yourselves and make sure you add in recall, just for wasting time and money on this issue. Lastly, the reason I sounded so smart speaking is because I was armed with plagiarizing the writings of James "The Deplorable" Fuscaldo. Jim told me I'm officially a Deplorable and I am honored. BEWARE--while this issue backfired in Battle Creek and Troy--both are now "Welcoming" cities and this might be the game plan from the get-go. Sanctuary and Welcoming Cities are U.N. endorsed programs and this should be enough to incite the rest of you to wake up.

Traverse City, exception being Michael Moore's theater, is some of the most beautiful geographical territory in the Mitten, however, it is going the way of Ann Arbor North. Shitlibs and globalhomos bring decay to every area they migrate. Sad.
